What exactly is included in the Starter Packs
50-100 tees, 1-color print, 1 location (front or back).
Sizes S–XL included (mix as you like) 2XL+ = +$2
Standard print area up to 13″ × 14″.
How do additional print locations work?
Add a second/third location (back, L. sleeve, R. sleeve) for an additional cost per location
This pack includes 1 print color. Extra colors are also available at a small additionalcost.
Sleeve/secondary placements use the appropriate smaller print size.
What’s the turnaround and shipping?
Production: 5–7 business days from proof approval & payment.
Pickup: Free in DTLA (Arts District).
Shipping: U.S. only via major carriers; typical transit 1–5 business days.
You’ll receive tracking when it ships.
Can I mix brands, colors, and sizes?
Sizes: Mix any S–XL within the 100.
Shirt colors: Choose from the brand catalogs; up to 2 colors total for this pack.
Brands: Pick one brand for best consistency (mixing is possible get a custom quote)
What artwork files do you need?
Best: Vector AI/PDF/SVG (fonts outlined).
OK: High-res PNG (300 dpi) at print size with transparent background.
Colors: Choose a solid spot color from our chart; Pantone match on request.
We’ll send a digital proof for approval before production.
Can I return or exchange custom items?
Custom-printed goods are final sale.
If we make a mistake (print error, defect, wrong items/qty), we’ll reprint first; if not feasible, we’ll replace or refund the affected pieces.
Report issues within 7 days of delivery/pickup with photos; original items must be returned for any replacement/refund.
